I am responsible for ensuring that our clients are happy, served, and ideally... that they remain so. My team and I are the official translators of our clients' wishes. They express a need, and we transform it into material orders or on-site interventions. Specifically, we send production orders to the manufacturing department. No two days are alike. Between client emergencies, site realities, invoicing, sending intervention reports, and reception, we juggle technical knowledge, geography, accounting, and interpersonal skills. All of this in two national languages and with a great deal of good cheer!
