I work in R&D. I transform ideas into detectors that protect lives. With my teammates, I design, industrialise, and care for our products as if I had a farm of sensors – from the birth of the prototype to their peaceful retirement. I also play detective: I scrutinise trends, standards, and laws – without a magnifying glass, but with a good dose of curiosity. Our team is a true cocktail of talents. We mix engineering, creativity, regulation, sometimes with a dash of AI. But always with the same goal: to deliver reliable, high-performing, and compliant products.

What I prefer? Working two doors away from a technician, not two time zones away. At DALEMANS, the entire value chain is managed internally. And that, that's a local supply chain done right!
