My daily job? A game of Cluedo... version 'Who called at 7:45 AM about a broken sensor, stuck in traffic in the rain in Namur?' With 20 technicians on the road, every day is a life-sized enigma. I'm the conductor of a logistical symphony whose main characteristic is unpredictability. And yet, this entire team keeps moving, installing, troubleshooting, reassuring, explaining, smiling. And me? I juggle calls, schedules, stressful moments... and moments I love too. My favourite moment? The end-of-day calls: 'Boss, mission accomplished!' It's unpredictable, intense, human... and frankly, I never get tired of it.
